Wordpress Form Plugins:
Secure and Accessible PHP Contact Form: Contact forms don’t get much cleaner then this one. Easy to setup, very configurable and an excellent application against Spam. Check mine out: www.listikal.com/contact/ or click on the below screenshot.
WP-Polls Plugin: “Adds an AJAX poll system to your WordPress blog. You can easily include a poll into your WordPress’s blog post/page. WP-Polls is extremely customizable via templates and css styles and there are tons of options for you to choose to ensure that WP-Polls runs the way you wanted. It now supports multiple selection of answers.”
Wordpress Monetization/Adsense Plugins:
Adsense Deluxe: “AdSense-Deluxe is a WordPress plugin offering advanced options for managing the automatic insertion of Google AdSense or Yahoo Publisher Network (YPN) ads to your WordPress posts.”
Adsense Widget for the Sidebar: A Google Adsense sidebar widget with compatability for the Wordpress sidebar Widget plugin.
Adsense Injection: Randomly inserts Adsense code into a pre-existing blog and blog posts.
MightyAdsense: “It will allow you to host the code in wordpress without having to modify the templates. Google ads is displayed in post item and you can specify how many block its going to show up in a page. Ads preview tool included in control panel.”
AdRotator: I wrote a recent review of this plugin and explained how helpful it can be, if you multiple monetization options. This plugin essentially rotates various Ads with code you have inserted into a text file.
Author Adsense Plugin: Gives other Blog authors to plugin their own Adsense ID and have ads displayed on their own posts to generate their own money. Configuration includes the ability to modify the ratio of how much each blog author gets.
